Registration:
Register
to win at participating Dodge dealerships and designated B101 events
(see B101 Event calendar at www.b101radio.com) throughout the
Philadelphia/New Jersey/Delaware area from May 26 – September 1,
2008. At the end of this fourteen-week period (on or around
September 22nd, 2008), all entries will be combined and one (1)
grand prize winner will be selected to win either the 2009 Dodge
Journey or the 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan (winner’s choice). Winner
will be formally notified by mail from WBEB. Winner must have
proper state insurance on the vehicle at the time of transfer.
B101, Dodge and all affiliated parties are not responsible if the
driver is involved in an automotive accident while driving this
vehicle.
5.
This prize is not transferable for cash.
6.
Limit one entry per person for the duration of this sweepstakes. If
multiple entries are received from any one individual, all of their
entries will be considered invalid.
7.
WBEB reserves the right to disqualify any winner in violation of
contest rules.
8.
Winners are responsible for all applicable fees and federal, state
and local taxes associated with receipt of prizes. This contest
void where prohibited by law. Decisions of the judges will be final
in all respects.
9.
Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and
liability release form, which must be returned within 15 days of
receipt, or else prize, is void or will be awarded to an alternate
winner.
10. Winners
consent to the use of their names/likenesses for publicity purposes
without additional compensation.
11. WBEB
reserves the right to change the rules or discontinue the contest
without prior notice. Additions or deletions to these rules may be
made by WBEB and will be available in written form at the WBEB
studios.

All requests must be received by October 13, 2008..

The two vehicles – the 2009 Dodge Journey and the 2008 Dodge Grand
Caravan will be driven and displayed at B101 station events
throughout the 14-week period. The selected vehicle (when delivered
to the winner) will have mileage estimated at but not limited to
4,500 miles at the time of transfer.
