How to win: Register to win through on-line
entryby August 24, 2008.
Winners will be randomly selected on or around August 26,
2008 from all qualified entries. Decisions of the judges will be
final in all respects.
2. Contest is open to legal residents of the United States,
18 years of age or older, with the exception of employees and the
immediate families of WBEB-FM, Philadelphia Zoo, Universal Orlando
Resort and their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, or agencies.
Limit one entry per person, per day. B101 reserves the right to
forfeit contestants if multiple entries per day are sent and/or the
entry system is abused.
3. Prize Description: (1) GRAND PRIZE:
A 3-night Trip for four (4) to Universal Orlando® Resort in
Orlando, Florida. Prize package includes: round-trip coach class
airfare from Philadelphia, PA to Orlando, Fl; non-exclusive ground
transfers to/from the airport in Orlando and the hotel; three (3)
nights on-site hotel accommodations at the Hard Rock Hotel® at
Universal Orlando for up to four (4) people in a maximum of one (1)
room (room and tax only); 3-Day/2-Park Tickets to Universal Studios
Florida® and Universal’s Islands of Adventure®. (approximate retail
value: $3,079.35)
All travel must be booked through Universal City Development
Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando ("Prize Supplier") a minimum
of sixty (60) days in advance, and all travel must be completed by
August 24, 2009. If winner is between ages of 18 and 21, he/she must
be accompanied by an adult who is at least 21 years of age in order
to check into the on-site hotel. Winner and guests must travel on
the same itinerary and depart from the same airport. Minor traveling
companion(s), if any, must be accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian.
Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for
any other prize. Winner must present a valid state authorized
identification and execute a Release for prior to receiving the
prize. All prizes must be claimed from B101 within 60 days of the
contest end date unless stated otherwise in these official rules.
Limit one prize from B101 per family or household per 30 days.
4. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable
taxes associated with receipt of prizes. Winners of prizes valued
at $600 or more will be issued a 1099 tax form. This contest is
void where prohibited by law.
5. Winners consent to the use of their names/likeness for
publicity purposes without additional compensation.
6. WBEB-FM reserves the right to substitute a comparable
prize if original prize is unavailable.
7. Travel packages include only those items specifically
mentioned; any other expenses, including travel/transportation, are
the responsibility of winner. In the event that winner cannot take
the trip, prize will be forfeited. A runner-up may be chosen, at the
option of WBEB-FM.
If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason,
B101 reserves the right to determine an alternate winner
or not to award that winner’s prize,
in its sole discretion.
Travel
arrangements subject to transportation and/or accommodations
availability. Restrictions may apply and are subject to change.
Winner and travel companion(s) must travel on the same itinerary and
possess all required travel documents and identification. Trip value
may fluctuate based on demand and availability. Estimate is based
upon trip taken at peak times.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants release WBEB-FM,
Prize Provider, its and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising,
promotion and judging agencies, officers, directors, and employees,
from any and all liability, damages, losses, injuries or misfortune
(however named or described) with respect to, or arising out of the
use, misuse or possession of any of the prizes awarded. By
participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be
bound by these official rules and decisions of the judges. If winner
is unable to comply with these rules and regulations, an alternate
winner will be selected.
9. WBEB-FM shall be excused from its obligation to run the
Sweepstakes if its performance is delayed or prevented due to causes
by control, including, but not limited to acts of God, war, and/or
any acts of government authority.
10. WBEB-FM reserves the right to change the rules or
discontinue the contest without prior notice.

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope
to: WBEB-FM/Philadelphia Zoo/Universal Orlando Sweepstakes, WBEB-FM
Winners List, 225 East City Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, PA, 19004. Please
include name of contest. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
12. Entries must be received by 11:59pm on August 24, 2008,
and will be selected on or around August 26, 2008. Winner will be
notified by telephone and/or mail.
13. When listening to the internet stream of B101 via the
website on www.b101radio.com, the broadcast will be delayed due to
buffering, connection time and internet congestion.
