To enter: Clearly print your name, address, phone number and age on
an official entry form or plain 3" X 5" piece of paper (or postcard)
and mail it to BLACK SWAN Waterworks Dinner Sweepstakes, P.O. Box
172, Fort Washington, PA 19034. One entry per household and no
mechanical reproductions will be accepted. You must be at least 21
years of age and a resident of Pennsylvania in order to be eligible.
Entry not eligible if it is lost, late, illegible, otherwise
misdirected or entered electronically. Entries must be received by
January 15, 2007. All entries become the property of B. Pio, Inc.

Eligibility: Employees of B. Pio, Inc., their affiliates, licensed
distributors, retailers, as well the advertising/promotion agencies,
and the immediate families and household members of each are not
eligible to win. This promotion void wherever prohibited or
restricted by law.

Prize: The Grand Prize is a dinner for six at The Waterworks
Restaurant. Taxes and other charges, if any, are the sole
responsibility of the winner.

Drawing: The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from
among all timely received eligible entries. Odds of winning depend
on the number of entries received. The drawing will take place on or
about January 25, 2007. Prize is not transferable, and holds no cash
value. By accepting this prize, the winner and dining companions
agree to release all affiliated companies and licensed alcohol
wholesalers, retailers and advertising agencies from any and all
liability claims, actions or proceedings arising out of or for
injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity
or in connection with the use of the prize. All federal, state and
local laws apply. The winner will be required to execute an
affidavit of eligibility and release and consent to use his or her
name and likeness for advertising purposes.

sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:
