Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  The Promotion is open only to legal residents of PA, NJ, DE & NY who are 21 years of age or older as of 3/7/10 at EST.  Void where prohibited by law. Existing bookings at the Seaview Resort & Spa are ineligible to participate in this contest and grand prize winner can not apply the $10,000 prize to any existing bookings at the Seaview Resort & Spa.  Promotion ends 3/7/10 at EST. 

1.             TWO WAYS TO ENTER:

A)    Beginning 12:00 AM EST on 2/8/10 through 11:59 PM EST on 3/7/10 log on to www.b101radio.com, click on the contest page and then follow the on-screen instructions to enter.  Enter all necessary information in order to qualify to win.   At the end of the four week contest period, the Seaview will enter all eligible online entries received into the Grand Prize Random Drawing (subject to verification). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on 3/7/10.  Limit one entry per person/per day.   

B)    Enter to win at the Bliss Bridal Expo at the Atlantic City Convention Center on Sunday, March 7, 2010 from 12 – 5 pm.  Register to win this wedding package at the Seaview Dolce booth at the Bliss Bridal Expo.  One entry per person.  Entry must be filled out in its entirety to qualify.  All qualified entries will automatically enter into the Grand Prize Drawing.   

2.               GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING:  One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 3/10/10 from among all eligible entries via Rule 1A and all eligible entries received via Rule 1B.  Decisions of the judges are final.  The Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone or mail. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received via Rules 1A and 1B. 

  3.             (1) Grand Prize – $10,000 Wedding Package at the
    Seaview Dolce.  Wedding must be booked and held
    by 6/30/2011. Blackout dates may apply, subject to
    availability. Prize applies to Crystal and or Pearl
    wedding packages only.

Tax and service charge not included (21% taxable service charge and 7% sales tax are additional).  Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.  Value of the Grand Prize is $10,000 and may only be applied to the Food and Beverage portion of the wedding.  Any expense above the $10,000 is the responsibility of the winner. This offer has no cash value and no refunds will apply. Prize is non-transferable. Prize Value: $10,000.   

 4.          GENERAL RULES:  Employees of WBEB-FM and the “Promotional Participants” (i.e., Seaview, Dolce and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers that are involved in this promotion) and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, and half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.  No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Submitted entries become the sole property of Sponsors and will not be returned. INTERNET CAUTION:  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.  Not responsible for late, lost, damaged, delayed, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, misdirected entries, postage due entries,  incorrect or mis-transcribed phone/email transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, entries not received by entry deadline, electronic, network or computer/scanner failures or malfunctions, cards scanned incorrectly, incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures or errors of any kind, failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the promotion.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry per day by using multiple/different email addresses or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the online or the event portion of the promotion if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  In the event of termination of the online promotion, a notice will be posted online and the Grand Prize drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received via Rules 1B. In the event of termination of the event entry portion, a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination and all eligible entries received via Rules 1A. If a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive prize, entry made by Internet will be declared made by the “authorized e-mail account holder” and any damage made to the Website will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.  “Authorized e-mail account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  Entrants may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission.  Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.  Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods and be deemed tampering.  Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

  5.        Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Form within ten (10) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected.

  6.         Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor, the Promotional Participants and their agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  By accepting prize, winners agree to release and hold Sponsor, the Promotional Participants and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns of each, harmless against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liability of any kind arising out of the acceptance/use of prize.  Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize. 

  7.         By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.  Sponsor and the Promotional Participants are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion.
