- Participation in this program
is open to all residents in the continental U.S., except for full or
part-time employees and their families of: WBEB-FM Radio, their
affiliates, licensees or sponsors affiliated with Rewards, and other METRO
radio stations.
- All players must be 18 years of
age to participate in the program.
- B101 limits individuals to one
Rewards account and allows one email address per
enrollee. Each enrollee must have their own email address.
- Member agrees to provide only
true and accurate information to the Rewards program at all times.
Member is protected by the B101 Privacy
Policy
- Players can only get 1 reward per
every 30 days in the Get It Now section. However, players
can win as many times possible in the Auction and/or Pot of Gold.
- A 1099 Tax Form will be issued
to all participants once they have received rewards valued at $600 or
more within one calendar year.
- Winners must pick-up their "pick-up only" reward in person at B101 within 30 days
of claiming the reward. Prizes that are not picked up will be forfeit.
- Rewards pick-up hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Winners MUST make an appointment to pick-up their rewards.
Rewards will not be ready for winners who drop-by the station without
an appointment.
- All participants who are using
points to redeem a single reward valued at $600 or more must come to
B101 to redeem their prize. They must have with them a valid photo ID and information needed
to fill out a 1099 Tax form.
- Members can not open multiple
accounts for a single individual.
- All rewards are offered showing
quantity available and will be redeemed on a first-come, first-served
basis.
- Point values assessed to a Reward can be changed or
modified at any time
- Winners consent to the use of
their names/likeness for publicity purposes without additional
compensation.
- B101 reserves the right to
discontinue or modify the ways to receive and redeem points at the
station’s discretion.
- B101 reserves the right to
terminate any Rewards membership in cases of abuse of Rewards
rules.
- B101 shall be the sole
determiner in cases of suspected abuse or violation of Rewards rules and
any decision it makes relating to termination of membership shall be
final and binding.
- Reward points have no cash
value.
- Reward points or rewards may
not be bartered or sold.
- B101 has the right to
discontinue this program at any time, including the right to terminate
opportunities to use or otherwise redeem accumulated B101 listener
points.
- B101 reserves the right to send
Rewards members messages from time to time for which they will not be
rewarded. Such messages may
include Rewards updates, announcements and special requests.
- B101 is under no obligation to
provide members with any particular number of point-earning
opportunities or send messages to them.
- In conjunction with redeeming points for rewards, member agrees to confirm that all information in
their personal account is up-to-date and accurate, including shipping
address.
- Points will be subtracted from a Member’s account once he or
she confirms the reward redemption in the Get It Now.
- B101 reserves the right to limit the quantity a member can buy of
the exact same reward.
- Once a reward is won by a player, the reward is
non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for another reward, and the
points used cannot be put back into the players account.
- No points can be combined between any two players, including family
members.
- There is no guarantee that any specific
reward or reward value will be available at the time you are ready to
redeem your points.
- When a player is redeeming a Reward by clicking on "Buy
Me" there COULD be a chance that another player is already in the
process of redeeming that particular Reward. In this case, the
person who "first" clicked on "Buy Me" will
receive the Reward.
- B101 is NOT responsible for players missing out on points due to the
following:
A. Forgotten Username and or Password
B. Problems, updates or maintenance which affects Rewards
usability at a particular time.
C: Internet, browser, server or computer problems in general
D: Lost Bonus Code Coupons, forgotten or mis-entered Secret
Words, etc.
- Prizes which have the "Mail Option" icon next to them can
be shipped to you OR picked up at B101. Shipping is limited (NO
EXCEPTIONS) to Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Bucks, Philadelphia,
Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties. If a winner does not live
in one of the following counties, their prize can not be mailed to
them even if the prize has the mail icon next to it. Before we
can mail out a winner's prize, we must receive a copy of the winner's
Driver's License, passport or other government-issued I.D. via fax or mail.
- B101 is not responsible for mailed prizes not received by winner if
the winner's shipping address and information is not current and/or
valid. In this case, winner will not receive another prize,
alternate prize or a refund of points.
- B101 is not responsible for prizes that cannot be awarded to winners that do not have their profile and contact information up-to-date. In the event a prize is awarded and B101 cannot contact the winner, the prize will be forfeit and awarded to another winner.
- B101 and our sponsors are not responsible for winner limitations
that prevent acceptance or use of any prize.
- B101 and our advertisers are
not responsible for making upgrades or changes to any prizes based on
a winner's individual needs or situation. If a winner does not
wish to accept the prize as described in the prize description, the
prize will be forfeit.
- By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to comply with all special
instructions outlined in the prize description.
- B101 shall not be liable for any delay in performance
or inability to perform due to acts of God, or the public enemy, war,
riot, embargo, fire, explosion, sabotage, flood, accident; or without
limiting the foregoing, any circumstances of like or different
character beyond its reasonable control.
- WBEB-FM reserves the right to disqualify winners if contest rules are not followed.
